A contract labourer working for metro project found dead close to Storm water drain in MM Road.
The deceased Bikas M, native of West Bengal was working as contract labourer for the metro project.
Vikas found dead in a pool of blood close to storm water drain on MM road .
Passers-by noticed the body and alerted the police.
The police rushed to the spot and shifted the body for post-mortem while initiated investigations and verifying the CCTV footage from in and around to identify the assailant.
The police are also inquiring with the friends and family of the deceased to know with whom Vikas was seen for the last time .
