Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has thanked Prime Minister Narendrea Modi and Union Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman for reducing the Central Excise Duty on Petrol by Rs.8 per litre and Rs.6 per litre on Diesel.
The decision would bring the price of Petrol down by Rs9.50 and the price of Diesel would come down by Rs7 per litre.
This is a pro-people decision and I thank the Prime Minister on behalf of the people of Karnataka for the decision,the Chief Minister tweeted.
