BBMP Chief Commissioner,Gaurav Gupta inspects various development projects

Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Chief Commissioner,Gaurav Gupta along with Chief engineer,Suguna,M Lokesh,Chief engineer (project),Hemalatha,executive engineer and other officials were present during the inspection of various development projects.

Gaurav Gupta instructed the officials to clear the silt in 3 cross culverts under the Domlur flyover (Road towards Ejipura) and remodel them to make rainwater flow smoothly.

The chief commissioner inspected various construction works in Domlur,BBMP limits,today. As the three cross culverts are causing water logging problems are they have not been repaired and this is causing inconvenience to the motorists.

The Chief Commissioner instructed the concerned chief engineer and officials to remodel the 3 cross culverts and ensure a smooth flow of water.

He also reviewed the white topping work on the 2.15 km long road from Domlur to Ejipura Junction at a cost of 23.41 crore rupees. 60% of the white topping work is complete.

The chief commissioner instructed the officials to complete the rest of the work swiftly.The white topping work on the road from Domlur to Ejipura was taken up in the month of June and the white topping work is being carried out on half of the two-way road amidst vehicular traffic while the other half of the road is open for traffic.

The repair work on cross culverts is going on near Domlur flyover and the white topping work will be complete after the completion of the repair work, informed chief engineer (project) Lokesh.

The Chief Commissioner also instructed the authorities to complete the filling up of potholes on the roads in the area surrounding the Domlur Ward.
