Two Notorious inter-state Drug peddlers arrested in Bengaluru,Ganja worth Rs 12 lakhs seized by CCB:

The Central Crime Branch (CCB) sleuths of Anti-Narcotics wing officials busted one more drug racket and arrested two persons for peddling drugs.

The police have seized 1.3 litres of Hashish Oil and two kg Ganja from them in Mahadevpura on Monday afternoon.

The arrested are identified as Anagesh,23,of Malappuram in Kerala and Mohammed Farris,26, native of Kozhikode in Kerala.

Senior officer, told media persons that,based on tip off CCB Anti-Narcotics Wing Sleuths officer has arrested two Inter-state drug peddlers red handed while they were waiting for their clients to deliver the drugs in Mahadevapura police station limits.

During interrogation the accused confessed the crime and it is revealed that,Farris is a college drop-out and unemployed,while Anagesh studied PUC,and he used to procure the drugs from Andhra Pradesh and Odisha and sell them to his contacts in city and Kerala.

They have organised group of customers most of them are their friends from Kerala.The duo have common friends and got into drug peddling.

They used to sell 10 ml of Hashish oil for around Rs 6,000 to Rs 8,000 and 50 gram ganja for Rs. 5,000,the team has Seized 1.3 litres of Hashish oil and 2 kg Ganja worth of Rs.12 lakhs from their possession.A case has been registered against them in Mahadevapura police station under NDPS Act and further investigation is on.

Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,Kamal Pant has appreciated Joint CP Crime,Sandeep Patil, DCP Crime-1,KP Ravikumar,ACP Anti-Narcotics Wing,Gautam Kumar,PI,as, Mallesh Bolletin,Hazaresh Killedar, and others who has done a commendable job and nabbed two Notorious drug peddlers and a suitable reward will be given to the team he added.
