The City Civil Court on Friday issued directions to confiscate 26 properties identified by CCB worth RS.80 Crore.
The CCB has submitted a report on the fraudsters Yuvaraj who duped hundreds of people and amassed crores of rupees promising government jobs,political appointment and favours from the government,claiming that he is top functionary of RSS having close proximity with the leaders of the central government .
Public prosecutor,BS Patil who presented the case before the court argued that the seizure of properties and auctioning it will help the government to get back some of the money lost by the victims.
Joint commissioner of police,Crime, Sandeep Patil said, On request of Investigating Officer, Court has ordered provisional attachment of 26 properties in Yuvaraj case he added.
The court issued notice to Yuvaraj in this regard.
