The Begur police on Wednesday arrested a 30 year old man who killed a Realtor over a financial row on Tuesday.
The deceased Madhav Reddy,55 developed a Wellington paradise layout in Begur and sold sites.
The accused has been identified as Manohar,30,a employee working in service station, had purchased a site for his father Muniraju but had some dues to Reddy.
Reddy started forcing Manohar to clear the dues and even objected Muniraju to build the house at the site.
Unable to bear harassment,Manohar on Tuesday attacked Reddy with a chopper killing him on the spot.
The police based on the information rushed to the spot and arrested Manohar under charges of murder and further investigation is on.
