Abhijit Ray, Kolkata:The “Netaji” of Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh Yadav is no more. Mulayam was the former Defense Minister of India and was the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. He was the founder of Samajwadi Party. Mulayam Singh has died at the age of 82. According to the sources, Mulayam was suffering from age-related ailments for several days. He was also suffering with several physical problems. Akhilesh Yadav, son of Mulayam and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, announced this news from Samajwadi Party Twitter on Monday morning.The country’s former Defense Minister has died at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram on Monday morning. Mulayam was sick for the last two years. He was admitted to the hospital on Sunday due to severe illness. He was taken to the ICU when his condition worsened later in the evening.After three hours of Doctor’s effort, his physical condition temporarily stabilized at night. But the end was not saved. “Netaji” of Uttar Pradesh politics breathed his last at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram.
