Roorkee, Uttarakhand: Bollywood and television actor Sandesh Gour is currently shooting for the upcoming Hindi feature film “Ziddi Chhora” in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The film, billed as a comedy and family entertainer, is being filmed across picturesque and prominent locations of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand, along with shooting schedules planned in Dehradun and Mumbai.

Sandesh Gour, who has been associated with the entertainment industry for more than a decade, has worked across films, television, web series and music videos. His filmography includes projects in multiple Indian languages, including “Meeradha” in Hindi, “Jhing Premachi” and “Bhala Manus” in Marathi, “Daai” in Chhattisgarhi and “Advilo” in Telugu.

The actor has also appeared in television shows broadcast on leading channels including Star Plus, Sony TV, SAB TV, BIG MAGIC and National Doordarshan. Apart from films and television, Gour has been part of five web series, more than 30 mini-series and over 25 music videos, released through reputed music labels and platforms including T-Series, Zee Music Company, Tips and others.

Born and brought up in Nagpur, Maharashtra, Sandesh Gour completed his graduation in Arts with English Honours. Over the years, he has established himself as a versatile performer, taking on diverse roles across different entertainment formats.

In “Ziddi Chhora”, Sandesh Gour plays one of the prominent lead characters, Raj Mehta, a successful businessman from Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The character is portrayed as energetic, positive, honest, royal and joyful, with a strong emphasis on friendship and relationships.

Raj Mehta shares a particularly close bond with his friend Ameerchand, portrayed by veteran actor Manish Khanna. His character stands firmly by his friend through every situation, adding an emotional dimension to the film’s otherwise entertaining narrative.

Hasan Ali is the Executive Producer of the film.

Sandesh Gour shares the screen with an ensemble cast featuring Manish Khanna, Ajit Verma, Raja Kapse, Avinash Shejwani, Karishma Rao, Udham Singh, Zaara, Simran Dhiman and Suryadev Malik, along with several other artistes from Roorkee and Uttarakhand.

The production is making extensive use of Uttarakhand’s scenic locations. Among the prominent shooting locations are Mahipal Ki Kothi, associated with Roorkee-based Advocate Sumit Chaudhary, and Hotel Raj Mahal.

The shooting schedule also covers various locations in Roorkee and Dehradun, while additional portions of the film are scheduled to be shot in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
