Man from Kerala arrested by KG Halli police for allegedly selling banned narcotics substances and seized worth Rs.1.30 Lakhs

The KG Halli police arrested a person from Kannur, Kerala,for allegedly selling banned narcotic substances and recovered 12 grams of MDMA and 200 grams of ganja,collectively valued at around Rs.1.30 lakh.
Police identified the accused as Raheem,a native of Kannur district. Acting on a tip-off,police intercepted him near Ramadeva Garden beside Kacharakanahalli Lake on September 27 while he was allegedly selling drugs.
During questioning,the accused allegedly told police that he had purchased the drugs at a low price from an unidentified person and was selling them to the public for profit.
Police seized the narcotic substances and registered a case under the relevant provisions of the NDPS Act.
