DCM Dr.G.Parameshwara Directs Revenue Department Officials to Identify Vacant Government Land and Develop Residential Sites.
Before our government came to power,we had promised in our election manifesto that residential sites would be provided to all those in the state who do not have a site of their own.
Accordingly,the government intends to distribute 50,000 residential sites in each district of the state.
Residential sites measuring 30×40 feet in rural areas and 20×30 feet in urban areas will be developed and allotted to eligible beneficiaries.
In this regard,I have instructed officials of the Revenue Department to immediately identify available and vacant government land and urgently undertake all necessary processes for the development of residential sites, without allowing any scope for delay.
We are committed to the promises we made and are translating the commitments in our manifesto into action,delivering on our word.
Our aim is to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to own a residential site and build a home of their own,so that everyone can live a life of dignity, security and peace of mind.
