More trouble for the son of former underworld don , Muthappa Rai,Ricky Rai as the cubbon park traffic police seized his lamborghini after video of him drifting the car went viral on social media.
A case of reckless driving involving a car drifting at Anil Kumble Circle in central Bengaluru has come to light, prompting swift action from traffic police.
Ricky Rai,according to preliminary information,the accused is suspected to have performed drifting stunts two to three times at the busy junction.
Acting on the information, the Cubbon Park Traffic Police seized the luxury vehicle—a Lamborghini bearing registration number KA-05 NR 0009.
Police have issued a notice to Ricky Rai,directing him to appear for questioning.
Authorities have also written to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) to verify the ownership and documentation of the vehicle.
Meanwhile,CCTV footage from the area is being collected to establish the sequence of events and confirm the allegations.
The operation was led by Inspector Ravi of Cubbon Park Traffic Police, under the supervision of senior officers and further investigation is underway.
