KP Agrahara police cracked murder case of Auto driver within 24 hours trio held

In a shocking incident reported from the limits of KP Agrahara police station,a 36-year-old auto driver, Rechanna,was murdered following a petty dispute,said West Division Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Yatish.N.

The accused has been identified as Sagar Das,24,Saurabh Biswal,25,and Subhrakanth Bhuviya,35.All three are natives of Odisha and were staying in Bhuvaneshwarinagar in Bengaluru.

Addressing the media,DCP Yatish stated that the police received information about the murder at around 11.30 pm on the night of December 31.

The victim,Rechanna, who lived with his mother and worked as an auto driver,was allegedly attacked by his neighbours.

During investigation it was revealed that the accused, who reside adjacent to the victim’s house,knocked on the door of Rechanna’s residence late at night.

When Rechanna stepped out to question them,a heated argument ensued.In an inebriated state,the accused allegedly stabbed Rechanna with a knife following a trivial issue.

Rechanna sustained serious injuries in the attack and later succumbed to his injuries.

The KP Agrahara police has arrested three accused in connection with the case“instant rage”and that there was no specific motive for the murder.Further investigation is underway he added.
