Ex-Gym trainer arrested by Banashankari police for Kicking Child Playing on Road in Bengaluru

In a shocking incident of cruelty,a five-year-old boy was allegedly kicked by a man while he was playing near his house in Bengaluru.

The accused has been identified as Ranjan,a resident of the same locality.

Senior officer said that the incident occurred on post office Road in Thyagarajanagar.

According to the complaint,Deepika Jain had come to her brother’s house along with her five-year-old son, Neev Jain.

Neev was playing with other children in front of the house when Ranjan allegedly approached suddenly and kicked the child without provocation.

As a result of the assault,the child sustained injuries to his face,hands,and legs. The incident took place on the 14th of this month.

She alleged that her son was kicked “like a football,” resulting in bleeding above his eyebrow and abrasions on his hands and legs.

The accused kicked her son “like a football,” leaving him bleeding above the eyebrow and suffering abrasions on his hands and legs. She further claimed that the man is known in the locality for assaulting and abusing people.

Following the incident, the child’s mother Deepika Jain lodged a complaint at the Banashankari police station.

The police have registered a case and has arrested the accused and said that our officers are contacting other residents also whose child were been assaulted by this man and are collecting details investigating further the matter he added.
