In Ward 29 of the Sarvagnanagar Division under the Bengaluru North City Corporation,a resident captured video of Two individuals arriving in a vehicle and dumping garbage by the roadside in Kalyan Nagar.
Upon receiving this video,Commissioner Pommala Sunil Kumar immediately directed officials to trace the vehicle, identify the owner, impose a penalty, and issue a strict warning to ensure such violations are not repeated.
*Rs.5,000 Fine Imposed on Vehicle Owner:
As instructed by the Commissioner,the solid waste management team of the Sarvagnanagar Division,with the assistance of police personnel,visited the address of the vehicle owner at No.45,3rd B Main Road,4th Cross, Kalyan Nagar,traced the individual,imposed a fine of Rs. 5,000,and issued a stern warning against repeating such acts.
The Commissioner urged citizens to join hands with the City Corporation in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of the city.
