A 32-year-old advocate who was missing from home for the last two days was found dead on the railway track in Jnanabharati on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Hemanth Kumar V, resident of JP Nagar 6th phase and practising law at the city .
According to the police,his wife Neha also an advocate filed a missing complaint with the Puttenahalli police on Tuesday.
However,the pilot of the Hampi express had informed the police about the man was dead on the track .
It was yet to be ascertained whether it is a case of suicide or accidental death,a senior officer with city railway station,said.
The police are awaiting post-mortem report to ascertain the cause of death while waiting for the family members to record their statement .
