A 19-year-old BBA student ended her life at her house due to alleged harassment from her senior on Friday.
Based on the complaint filed by,Abdul Nazeer,a civil contractor in Virajapete in Madikeri,the Bagaluru police have registered a case of Abetment to suicide against the accused identified as Refaas of Thrissur,Kerala for further investigation.
According to the complaint,the deceased Sana Parveen was pursuing BBA second year at a private college and staying in a rented accommodation with her friend .
Sana used to complaint to her parents about her senior in the college,who passed out of college but continue to harass her .
The parents raised the complaint with the faculties of the college for advise,who reportedly summoned Refaas and advised him to stay away.
Despite this harassment continued which led her to take the extreme step,Mr.Nazeer alleged in his complaint .
