The State Cabinet has delegated the authority to the Chief Commissioner of the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) to take disciplinary action and suspend 
officers/employees who fail to discharge their duties in connection with the Socio Educational Survey including missing the training.
Orders have been issued to deploy Group B and Group C officers/employees from government service and govt agencies to conduct Socio-Educational survey in Bengaluru City.
Heads of respective departments have been instructed to relieve the appointed officers/employees to enable their participation in the survey work.
In the event of negligence in carrying out the assigned survey duties, disciplinary action and suspension may be ordered against such officers/employees by the Chief Commissioner,Greater Bengaluru Authority
