*Night Inspection of Ongoing Roadwork by the Commissioner.
Pothole repair work is progressing actively within the limits of Bengaluru West City Corporation.
Commissioner Dr.Rajendra K.V.conducted a night-time inspection of the sites,accompanied by officials,to oversee the ongoing work.
He visited two zones where pothole-filling activities are currently underway and directed the concerned officials to ensure that repairs are carried out swiftly while maintaining quality standards as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
*Inspection in Malleswaram Area:
In Ward No.64,Rajmahal Guttahalli under the Malleswaram division,the Commissioner examined the pothole-filling work and instructed the team to ensure effective and long-lasting repairs.
*Govindarajanagar Area Inspection:
The Commissioner reviewed the repair work near the Nayandahalli flyover in the Govindarajanagar division. Given the heavy traffic on key roads in the area,he emphasized the need to identify and repair potholes during night hours across all major roads under city corporation.
*Meeting on White-Topping Roads:
Regarding the ongoing white-topping work on 8th Main Road in Malleswaram,the Commissioner held a meeting with engineers from BWSSB and the B-SMILE to expedite the project.He issued strict instructions to prioritize and complete the work at the earliest.
Chief Engineer Rajesh,along with Executive Engineers and other concerned staff from respective divisions, were present during the inspection.
