A 26-year-old private firm employee was killed in a freak self accident after the motorcycle he was riding crashed in a gate of the Chikkabasti lake and later the bike fell in the lake and killed .
The deceased has been identified as Ranjith,returning home from work after finishing his late night shift.The incident occurred in the early hours and passers by noticed the accident and alerted the police.
The Jnanabharati traffic police rushed to the spot and recovered the body and sent it for the post-mortem.
Police suspect that he was riding rash and negligent lost control on the bike which led to the accident.The police are awaiting PM report to rule out any foul play for further investigation.
In another incident,a 29-year-old security guard was killed after he slipped from the bike and sustained severe head injuries in Chikkajala police station limits in the early hours of Thursday.
The Deceased Surya Kumar,was returning home from work.The police have registered a case of death due to negligence for further investigation.
