The Airport staff police on Sunday received another email threatening to blow up the airport.
Based on the complaint the airport police on Monday registered an FIR against the user of cicbangalore@aai.aero charging under section 125 (endangering human life or personal safety) section 351(4) (criminal intimidation) and 353(1) (making publishes or circulates any statement,false information, rumour, or report, including through electronic means) of BNS for further investigation .
Laly Mary Francis,Airport staff,in her complaint said that the official mail of the airport authority of India received “Powerful explosive devices are hidden inside backpacks placed around the Airport.You must evacuate the building urgently.
You must hurry, or the people inside will die, lose their arms and legs, or even get decapitated.WE,“Roadkill” and “Kyo” are the culprits behind this terror attack”.
The authorities formed a team and conducted a thorough check to confirm it as a hoax and filed a complaint.The police are now trying to track down the accused through IP address.
