General secretary,Karnataka Pradesh Congress committee on Wednesday filed a complaint with Vidhana Soudha police opposition leader of legislative council Chalavadi Narayana swamy and BJP MLC,N. Ravi Kumar for their remarks against chief secretary using unparliamentary words against’ her .
In his complaint,S.Manohar,the duo along with other protesting at Mahatma Gandhi statue in Vidhana Soudha against the government used unparliamentary words against’ chief secretary, a woman and used demeaning words .
Mr.Manohar also submitted video clips of the media which recorded the act.
The complainant also stated that Ravi Kumar is habitual and used demeaning words against the Deputy Commissioner of Kalaburgi district.
The leaders have used derogatory words against women and chief secretary which warranted legal action.
