The High grounds police have booked official twitter account of state BJP party for uploading defamatory posts against former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi equating her with Hitler .
Based on the complaint filed by S Manohar,General secretary KPCC, the police charged the accused under section 192 ( “Wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot) and 353 ( “Statements conducing to public mischief) under BNS for further investigation.
The post has a morphed video of Ms.Gandhi while mentioning about emergency period.This will disturb the peace in society and hatred among different communities,the complainant said .
