Couple Falls To Bengaluru Auto Driver’s Feet and tenders unconditional apology

The woman IT employees who assaulted an autorickshaw driver with slipper and got arrested by Bellanduru police on Saturday,tendered unconditional apology to the driver and his family on Monday.

The accused Pankuri Mishra apologised autorickshaw driver Lokesh and his family with folded handed stating she is pregnant and sorry for whatever happened.

She also said that she is not against kannada or people of Karnataka and fallen to the feet of the family members along with her husband who had accompanied her.

The accused resident of Bellanduru returning home on Saturday afternoon on bike and argued with Lokesh for touching the bike delebrtably.

Following the heated argument she assaulted lokesh with a slipper,abused verbally and threatened him .

The video of the incident went viral promoting sharp reactions from the drivers fraternity.

Lokesh later filed a complaint with the Bellanduru police who tracked down the accused and arrested her.

She was questioned by police recorded the statement and released on bail later.

Taking strong objections to her rude behaviour the autorickshaw drivers and Pro kannada activists protested demanding strict action against her.

When the things escalated Pankuri through the autorickshaw union approached Lokesh and apologised, seeking forgiveness .

Her video of apology went viral on social media again.
