he Marathahalli police have arrested an autorickshaw driver and recovered 10 kilos of Marijuana worth Rs.7.5 lakh from him.
The accused Molai Kunju,native of West Bengal used to source the drugs from his contacts in Assam and stored in a Labour shed at Kariyammana Agrahara in Marathahalli to sell it to his customers on new year .
Based on the tip off the officials raided his shed and caught him red handed and seized the drugs.
Meanwhile the Sampigehalli police have arrested a 34-year-old labourer from West Bengal and recovered four kilos of Marijuana worth two lakh .
The accused according to the official had sourced the drugs from his native to sell it during new year, senior officer said.
