Jaishankar on China: Union External Affairs Minister Jaishankar made key comments on the neighboring country China.

Jaishankar on china | Delhi: Union External Affairs Minister Jaishankar made key comments on China. He said that apart from India, various countries of the world are facing problems from China. He said India’s problem is more compared to them. He spoke on Saturday at an event organized by the English magazine Economic Times.

“We have a problem with China because of the border dispute. And not only with China. Many countries of the world are facing headache. Wherever you go in the world, people talk about that country. If they go to Europe, they will talk about the economic and national security threat from China. This is the same problem even if you go to America. So it should not be thought that India has a problem with China,” said Jai Shankar

 

“Decades ago, the world did not pay much attention to the China problem. Now that has become a big problem. Our problem with China should be taken more seriously when compared to the rest of the world. “More importantly, countries like India have to take appropriate measures because they share a border,” said Jaishankar. Responding to a question about investments from that country, he said that the government does not think that it should not invite investments from China or establish trade relations with that country. He said that the investment coming from there needs to be closely examined. Jaishankar stated that not only investments from China, but any investment needs to be dealt with carefully
