Investigating a house break theft,the Madiwala police on tuesday arrested a 40-year-old MBA Graduate and two of his associates for stealing Rs.3 lakh worth valuables .
The accused Mohammed Avez,an MBA graduate is a habitual offender involved in over 100 house break theft cases in the city .
The accused recently released from prison along with his two associates would come to city by car and move around the residential areas to identify the locked houses .
After identifying the house which was locked the accused would keep a watch and break into the house to stela valuables while his associates would keep a watch outside.
The accused would park their car two kilometers away from the house to avoid unnecessary attention and would carry only expensive and light weight valuables .
The police based on the complaint, identify the accused through CCTV footage and finger prints left behind at the scene of crime.
The accused would spend the booty on vices and partying in Goa and other places, said a senior officer.
