Close to the heel of HC proceeding was disrupted , similar cyber attack was occurred at the court hall 1 of Karnataka Administrative tribunal when the objectionable videos and pictures were noticed during online proceeding on Saturday afternoon.
Vineetha P Shetty,judicial officer,KSAT has filed a complaint with the central division cyber crime police stating that unknown person logged into the VC and uploaded objectionable content to disrupt the proceeding.
Following the incident the proceeding was suspended and informed the advocates and the parties to appear in person until the VC proceedings are restored .
Based on the complaint the police have registered a case under section 67 (publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form)for further investigation.
It may be recalled that on last tuesday The High Court of Karnataka suspended video conferencing at all its benches following similar incident of unknown person uploading objectionable contents during the VC proceedings.
Investigation revealed that traced the unauthorized access from Bangladesh and further investigations.
