The Cyber crime police launched an investigations into the fake letter reportedly written by Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar requesting Foxconn company to relocate to Bengaluru from Hyderabad.
The letter circulated on social media to tarnish the image, following which DK Shivakumar on social media clarified that it was fake and said that a complaint has been filed seeking detailed probe.
The two page fake letter circulated on social media forging the official letter with state government logo , reference number and even fake signature of DK Shivakumar addressing to chairman of Foxconn asking him to relocate the Apple AirPod manufacturing plant from Hyderabad to Bengaluru offering numerous benifits.
Soon after the letter surfaced on social media,people commented pro and against him.The Cyber crime police are now trying to locate the IP address to check the source of the letter generated .
