37-year-old Head Constable ended life at his house in BCC Layout in Chandra Layout suspectedly due to personal reason on Thursday.
The deceased Naveen Kumar,attached to Vijaynagar traffic station and living alone at a rented house in BCC Layout .
Senior officer with others rushed to spot and after inspecting the spot and collecting information said that Naveen is supposed to get married this month and even shopped for the marriage .
On Thursday he returned home from work and did not go to work on Friday the suicide came to light when his family tried to call him repeatedly but there was no response.
Worried family members called the house owner asking him to check.He went to check and found him dead .
The Chandra Layout police rushed to the spot and conducted a probe.We suspect that he consumed poison laced with alcohol .
It is alleged that personal reason could be the reason behind his extreme step.However the probe is on to ascertain the exact reason behind,a senior officer,said .
