The Central division cyber crime police have launched a probe to track down a cyber fraud for misusing the identity of the High Court Judge and executive chairman of state legal service authority .
Mr.Shettigar in his complaint sad that the accused has misused the name of the picture of the Justice G. Narendar,High Court Judge and Executive Chairman, KSLSA in his DP of a whatsapp to mislead and sending messages to people .
Based on the complaint filed by the deputy secretary of KLS authority,Raghvendra Shettigar,the police have registered an FIR against the unknown accused charging him under IT act and also under 419 (impersonation),and 420,(cheating)under IPC on Friday.
The police are now trying to track down the accused using the mobile number of the accused.
