arnataka has industrial friendly environment
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that industrial development will be encouraged as the industrial sector in the state has the potential to generate employment.
He held talks with a delegation led by CII Karnataka President Vijay Krishnan Venkatesan who met him today.
The Cm said that during his previous tenure,a separate department was established for skill development.Emphasis will be laid on skill development of the youth,he said.
Discussions were held on mutual cooperation between industrial organizations and the government, promotion of MSMEs,assistance in capacity development,etc.
Office bearers of CII including Volvo Managing Director Kamal Bali,Aman Chaudhuri,Radhika Dhal and Narayan Rao Were present.
