The Baiyyapanahalli railway police busted inter state drug racket and arrested a 26 year old fisherman from Kerala,who was carrying a bag containing 23 kilos of marijuana worth Rs 23 lakh from him on Sunday.
The accused has been identified as,Mohammad Aksar Umar,26 native of Kerala.
Based on a tip off,a team of police swoop down and surrounded the whole area on channasansra railway station platform no.1,and caught mohammad Aksar Umar red handed as soon as he got down at the station.
The accused has been booked under NDPS act and taken into custody to ascertain his network.
