A 21-year-old electrician was killed in when he lost control over the scooter he was riding and crashed into the footpath on outer Ring road in Rajajinagar on Sunday night .
The deceased has been identified as Gagan,native of Ramanagar.He was heading to Doddaballapura for some work.
While passing by Satyasai temple,he lost control over his bike due to suspected rash driving and crashed into the footpath and sustained severe injuries .
Passers-by rushed the injured to a near-by hospital where he was declared brought dead.
The Rajajinagar traffic police have taken up a case and are investigating .
