Today, Amaravati: Viveka’s daughter Narreddy Sunitha stated that Andhra Pradesh government authorities and influential people are making various moves with the aim of protecting MP Avinash Reddy and obstructing the CBI investigation in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. He said that Avinash Reddy’s role in the planning, execution, destruction of evidence at the scene of the murder, etc., has already been clearly revealed through the charge sheets filed by the CBI and the statements of the witnesses. Avinash Reddy, on the other hand, said that serious baseless allegations are being made against him and his family. It is known that Avinash Reddy has recently filed a lawsuit in the Telangana High Court to order the CBI to record audio and video of the investigation process without taking serious action against him. Accused in Avinash’s house
* Forensic analysis of the Google take-out revealed that the accused Sunil Yadav was at MP Avinash Reddy’s house a few hours before Viveka’s murder (14 March 2019 from 6.14 pm to 6.33 pm). Even the day before the murder, Sunil visited the house of Bhaskar Reddy and Avinash Reddy repeatedly. The CBI investigation revealed that Sunil Yadav went to their house from the midnight of 14th March 2019 to the early morning of the 15th.
* On March 15, 2019, at 6.25 am, Gajjala Udaykumar Reddy, who is close to Avinash Reddy, was at Avinash Reddy’s house. It was revealed through mobile phone location that he was outside Vivekananda Reddy’s house at 6.27. The CBI confirmed that he was inside Viveka’s house between 6.29 am and 6.31 am after analyzing the information related to the Google take-out at the Central Forensic Science Laboratory in Delhi.
