The Olympic-style full-day mega-national event hosted exclusively for Dialysis Patients is yet another initiative by NephroPlus to createa passionate dialysis community that brings back their #WillToWin after the brutal diagnosis of Kidney Failure.
To join the brand’s efforts, Mr.BajrangPunia,the iconic Indian freestyle wrestler, an Olympics bronze medallist, and a four times winner at World Wrestling Championships, was present to boost the spirit of the players.
Indian Dialysis Olympiad is NephroPlus’ annual flagship patient-centric activity that encourages dialysis patients, providing them with a platform where they can play sports, interact with fellow patients, and dwell in an encouragement to lead lives close to normal. This sportive-cum-entertainment filled event allowed the participants to indulge in games such as Badminton, Table Tennis, Cricket, Basketball, Cycling, Marathon, etc. In addition, a Karaoke session and some stage and dance performances were also planned. The winners of these respective events were awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals.
