France wants India to play a key role in ending the Russia-Ukraine war and establishing peace. To this extent, the diplomatic team of France is making efforts.

Internet Desk: In the context of almost a year of Russia’s war against Ukraine, important developments have taken place before the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly. Diplomats of France asked India to help end the war. According to the diplomatic sources of that country, there are important relations between the governments of India and Russia. In this context, we have asked India to use those relations and help to establish peace. But, it is a long process,” said the sources. India and France have good relations. Officials of France said that these two countries will discuss all kinds of issues.

A resolution condemning Russia’s attack on Ukraine will soon be introduced in the United Nations. When the officials of France (France) were questioned about the possibility of India’s absence from this, they responded. He believes that India never wants to join any side. “Equilibrium is where questions arise. We are in talks with the Indian political leadership. It is not yet clear what the country’s policy is. It will work on the issue of Ukraine even if the resolution is absent from the voting. We are already negotiating in a realistic manner. There is nothing to hide. After that, the decision is up to them,” said French diplomats.

Until now, various resolutions have been passed in the United Nations condemning the war carried out by Russia about a dozen times. India has been staying away from these. The West feels that there may not be much change in India’s attitude regarding the latest resolution coming this week.
