Doddabelavangala two youth murdered over parking row, Two accused arrested after being shot in the leg

The Doddabelavangala police opened fire and shot at two accused of double murder case over a parking row in the outskirts of the city,which has created a huge public outcry.

The accused VInay,30 and Trimurthy,27 who are part of the six members gang and were on the run,found waiting near railway cross in Doddaballapura for their friends to get some money in the early hours of Sunday .

Based on the information,a team of police led by Doddabelavangala station inspector,Harish and team reached the spot and surround the area.

While the police opened fire in air and warned the duo to surrender, they in a bid to escape attacked police constable Hussain and Sunil.

In retaliation Mr.Harish opened fire at their legs to stop them from fleeing and shifted the duo injured to the hospital for treatment .

All the injured are being treated and out of danger. Meanwhile efforts reason to track down the other accused who are on the run, Mallikarjuna Baladandi, SP, Bengaluru district , said .

The accused Vinay is a son of a former gram panchayath president and he was budding goon.

He along with his associate went to watch the tournament organised in public school ground on the occassion of Shivaratri on February 17.

Heated argument ensued between two groups when Vinay tried to park his car inside the venue.In the turn of events public gathered damaged his car and forced him to flee.

While moving around the car later,the duo noticed Bharath,engineering graduate and Prateek,a PU student waiting for the bus stop wearing the tournament tea shirt .

In order to avenge the humiliation and damage,the accused attacked the duo and stabbed them repeatedly before fleeing the spot.

The duo was later found in a pool of blood,rushed to hospital where they succumbed on the way.

The villagers staged a protest demanding immediate action from police. Senior police officers led by Mallikarjuna Baladandi , visited the spot and assured to arrest the accused at the earliest.
