-Galla S Kiran Kumar,Bureau Chief Telagana (Andhra Pradesh)
‘Vaikapa with 31 MPs is not responding anywhere for special status…not talking…not fighting…’ TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh said.

Stop at ‘Gadapa Gadapa’
Wherever you go, it is the capital, says
TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh.

Today, Tirupati: ‘Vaikapa, which has 31 MPs…is not responding anywhere…is not talking…is not fighting…’ said TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh. He said that it is the Center that should be given special status and it is Vaikapa that should achieve it. When Vaikapa leaders came to Gadapa Gadapa, they said that they should question the issue of special status. They want to stop them because they are not fighting. The Yuvagalam Padayatra continued from Raipedu to Bairajukandriga in KVBIpuram mandal of Tirupati district on Thursday, the 21st day. On this occasion, he had a special meeting with youth, horticulture farmers and Mudiraj leaders. Lokesh said that Nadu came out of disagreement with BJP to get special status for the state. He said that Chandrababu has been asking for special status since then.

Chameleon politics on capital

Vaikapa leaders know what the state capital is! If Jagan Reddy comes to Rayalaseema, Kurnool is called the capital.. If he goes to Uttarandhra, he is called Visakha.. If he goes to Andhra, he is called Amaravati.. This is called chameleon politics…’ criticized Lokesh. During the padayatra, my mic, stool and vehicle were stolen. Even if the bus in which I sleep is stolen, my elder sisters give me a mat and a blanket. He sleeps on the sidewalk. If we don’t let them speak, we will walk around holding the constitution with one hand… the national flag with the other hand. Earlier it was thought to be a 4000 km hike, but now it is about to reach 5000 km…’ he said.

Committing suicide

“Unemployed youths are committing suicide in the state due to lack of employment opportunities. Due to the pain of not getting a job and the feeling of having no future, a young man committed suicide in Darshi. Lokesh said that the state has been transformed into an unemployed Andhra Pradesh. ‘After Chandrababu comes to power, we will set up industries and provide employment to one lakh people in one joint Chittoor district. The state has been at the second position since last in IT exports.. Farmers’ income in the state has decreased and debts have increased. When Chandrababu was in power, the per capita debt of farmers was Rs. 70 thousand and now it has reached Rs. 2.50 lakh…’ he said. Nara Lokesh honored the women released on bail in Nagari by giving sarees and sarees. An altercation took place between the activists and the police as they said that they could not hang banners as the election code was in force.
