Today, Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has said that the Legislature has no power to shift the capital established under the State Bifurcation Act from Amaravati and divide it into three parts. He said that the Center has also decided the same in response to a question asked by Vaikapa MP Vijayasai Reddy in the Rajya Sabha. According to the law, it is not possible to shift the capital to Visakhapatnam. Knowing that, the Chief Minister and the Ministers were playing drama and were indignant that they were deceiving the people of that area. Some ministers say that their region will not develop if the capital does not come to Visakhapatnam. Are they actually educated? No common sense? Do you not know that Parliament has the power to change what has been created according to the law made in the Parliament? He was speaking at a press conference at the TDP central office on Thursday. He said that the Jagan government, which had said that it would make Kurnool the judicial capital, knew that it would not be possible. He recalled that the Advocate on Record had told the Supreme Court that they had no intention of shifting the High Court to Kurnool. Ministers and Vaikapa leaders are spreading misinformation that the High Court has said that the legislature has no power to move the capital and divide it into three parts. If this government has the power to divide the capital into three parts, why is it necessary for Vijayasai Reddy to put a private member’s bill to give that power to the legislature?” he asked. While the matter of the capital was in the court, he deposed that the CM had said that Visakhapatnam is the capital and that he would soon relocate there.

The job of those officers is to keep an eye on us

Responding to the question of the reporters that the police are not following the rules in the Lokesh Padayatra, Chandrababu said, ‘If YS Rajasekhara Reddy and Jagan were doing the Padayatra, would we have blocked them like this? Under what rules did they march? What are the rules for padayatra DGP? There was an officer in the intelligence department named Raghuram Reddy. If he gives an order from here, the authorities there execute it. There was another great officer named Sitharamanjaneu as Intelligence DG. He gives reports on us. Chandrababu warned that we will not spare any tainted police officers. Answering the question asked on Jive No. 1… 9 people died in an accident in an industry in Kakinada, he asked whether Jagan will close all the industries in the state. Looking at the situation, elections are likely to come earlier. When some Vaikapa MLAs mentioned the allegations against the government that their phones were being tapped.. ‘This government is also tapping our phones. In Intelligence, the task of Okayana is to keep an eye on where our party leaders are going. Finally, there is a situation where even the judges are saying that their phones are being tapped,’ said Chandrababu.

Three MPs for Piravi

Rajya Sabha seats were sold for Piravis in Delhi. Jagan gave MP positions to three people especially for Piravi. Parimal Nathwani was sent for political piravi. Niranjan Reddy and R.Krishnaiah from Telangana were appointed as MPs as if there was no one here,’ he said.

Extortion of Rs.40 thousand crores of land in Visakha

Chandrababu accused that Vaikapa leaders have looted lands worth Rs.40 thousand crores in these four years in Visakha. He asked companies like Lulu, Franklin Templeton and IT companies. He said that the damage done to the state by Jagan’s destructive rule is more than the damage caused by the partition. He criticized the chief minister who told the center that they do not need money for the construction of Amaravati because they want to change the capital. A minister said that if the capital is not established in Visakhapatnam, Uttar Andhra should be made a separate state. What is wrong with them? They want to make every district a state’, he said.

Both eyes are dry!

Chandrababu said that Amaravati and Polavaram are two eyes of Andhra Pradesh. It is alleged that the Boston consultancy group was paid to damage Amaravati and gave a report in favor of the three capitals. They said that Polavaram would have been completed by June 2020 if they had come back to power.
