Special focus on unorganised: CM Bommai

Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said special attention is given for lower strata and those unorganised people.

Talking to reporters here on Friday,he said there are backward classes within the backward classes in the State.

They didn’t get justice while they were included in the Backward Classes Development Corporation.For them,a special allocation has been made in the State budget.

All the special programs announced in the budget are given stress on education, employment and empowerment.

Among other things announced on August 15, Vidya Nidhi scheme for the children of the agricultural labourers is important.

The number of agricultural labourers is more but they are landless. For this purpose, the Vidyanidhi scheme is extended for them.

A special program of giving Rs 50,000 and giving jobs to the rural artisans like carpenter, Potterer, Bhajantri, horticulture, fishermen and sheep rearerd.
