Four Habitual Offenders arrested stolen Property worth Rs.35.4 lakhs recovered by Peenya Police

The Peenya police on tuesday arrested a gang of four habitual offenders and recovered a stolen property worth Rs.35.4 lakh from them.

The kingpin Fayaz Ahmed,50,owner of a junk
shop in Mysuru is habitual offender having as many as 24 criminal cases pending against him.

Fayaz Ganged up Prasad,37,Mahesh,21 and Sumanth,23 while in central prison and after released on bail,the accused started to break into the houses zeroed in on through recce,Vinaya Patil,DCP, North division,said .

Using the same MO,the accused break into the house situated in Vidyanagar in T Dasarahalli on June 2, when the woman in the house had gone to fetch her child from school after locking the door .

Based on the complaint, the police,analyzed the CCTV footage and identified the accused and arrested them.

The accused have bee taken into custody for further investigations .
