South Western Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (SWRWWO) Bengaluru Division, conducted Breast Cancer screening Detection Camp in association with Niramai Health Analytix Pvt Ltd at Hindupur and Bangarpet for Women Railway employees and female family members of Railway staff.
Smt.Shilpi Singh,Divisional President,South Western Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (SWRWWO) Bengaluru Division initiated the outreach programme as part of its social obligation for the women employees and female family members of Railway staff who stay in remote areas where medical facilities are not available to a larger extent.
The programme was specially targeted for the women who are due for screening mammograms but unable to visit healthcare facility due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation,Breast cancer survivors who needs frequent monitoring and woman at high risk of Cancer due to family history.
The screening was conducted through Artificial Intelligence (AI) led Radiation free,Non-contact, privacy aware breast health aware solution by Niramai’s Thermolytic’s Technology.
