Two Notorious armed robbers arrested for threatening shop keepers,8 cases detected by KG Halli police

The KG Halli police on Saturday arrested two persons for threatening shop keepers and passers-by and extorted money and solved 8 cases.

The accused identified as Mazhar and Syed Maaz.

Senior officer, told media persons,a video went viral on social media two persons armed with lethal weapons threatening a shop keeper to handover cash and valuables to him taking cognisance of the video a suo motto case was registered by KG Halli police.

Based on the video footage and other police investigation skills and with the help of technical inputs the team tracked down the duo and arrested them.

During investigation the accused confessed to the crime and revealed that armed with lethal weapons they barged into a grocery shop and threatened him with dire consequences demanding to handover the cash on February 20.

The police are now on the look out for the other accused who are part of the gang.

Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,Kamal Pant has appreciated Addl CP East,Subramanyeswara Rao,DCP East,Dr Bheemashankar Guled ACP,KS Jagadish,PI Santhosh Kumar L,PSIs,as,Rajesh,Ramesh MN, Babu Reddy,and crime staff as, Chandrashekhar,Nanjundappa,Lokesh,Imansab karikatti,Shakeel, Shashikant, Santosh Kumar,and Somashekar K has been appreciated for nabbing the notorious robbers a suitable reward will be given to the whole team he added.
