Gujarat: Air Marshal Vikram Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, South Western Air Command visited the frontline Air Base at Bhuj on 13 & 14 February 2022. The
Air Marshal was received by Air Commodore Maluk Singh, Air Officer Commanding,
Air Force Station Bhuj.
On arrival at Air Force Station Bhuj, the Air Marshal was presented with a ceremonial Guard of Honour by the air warriors of the Station. He visited various installations at the base and reviewed the operational readiness of the Station to cater to any contingency in this sector. He also interacted with air warriors and other defence security personnel of the Station during his visit. He appreciated the focused approach of the Station in maintaining proficiency and emphasized on the need for personnel to perform their duty with diligence so as to enhance operational readiness while ensuring aerospace safety. He stressed upon all air warriors to be ever ready for meeting any challenges and dealing with eventualities in times to come.
