Everyone should abide by the High Court order, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said speaking to media persons after attending the Business Advisory Committee meeting of the State Assembly.
“Schools upto 10th standard have reopened today.
A few incidents have been reported in various districts.A meeting would be convened to discuss the lacunae and standard operating procedures. School Managements,Principals and the parents have the responsibility of obeying the High Court order.
It will create a conducive atmosphere for the High Court to deliver its final judgement.We should maintain restrain till then,Bommai said.
Karnataka Education Minister BC Nagesh announced that from February 16, all Pre-University (PU) colleges and degree colleges will reopen. Minister BC Nagesh said, “The decision to reopen colleges has been taken at a meeting with the chief minister, home minister, and education department officials.
