Fake officer arrested by CCB police

The CCB police arrested a conman who posing as senior officer of central government agency cheated unemployed youth promising government jobs.

The accused has been identified as,Raghav a resident of Kundapur and is staying from past 10 years in Bengaluru and cheating unemployed youths.

Senior officer told media persons,Based on a complaint filed by one of the victim in Banashankari police station,the CCB took over the case considering the inter city ramification and arrested the accused.

The accused is a native of Kundapura used to move around the state targetting unemployed youth and offered them government jobs at various department.

The accused even made a fake ID card stating that he was Deputy commissioner of survey department and took money from them depending upon the job he offered and escape.

The accused was operating from past few years and with the ill gotten money he had purchased a house at his hometown,a hotel in Tumkur,a flat in kengeri,gold valuables worth several lakh,

We have recovered the property documents from his house in Kundapura and taken him into custody for further investigation.

Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,Kamal Pant, has appreciated Joint CP Crime,Sandeep Patil, DCP Crime-2, BS Angadi,ACP,HN Dharmendra,PI,MM Bharath and his whole staff who has succeeded in nabbing the conman posing as fake Deputy commissioner survey department and for the exemplary work done by them a suitable reward will be given to the team he added.
