The commercial street police externed a 24-year-old habitual offender from the city for one year under Karnataka Police Act.
The accused has been identified as,Mohammed Avez,having 27 criminal cases pending against him,continues to be involved in criminal cases unabated posing threat to the law and order situation and also causing fear psychosis among the members of the general public.
The accused has been identified as,Mohammed Avez,24,year old resident of Shampura.
He had no fear of the law and continued committing crimes that were detrimental to society.
As the Rowdy sheeter has even passed a derogatory statement against the Prime Minister of India,Narendra Modi for which he was landed in jail after being in jail also he used make calls to many politicians and businessman and threatened them.
Senior officer said,as the accused is notorious and is still active in his criminal activities,The commercial street police inspector,HM Shivashankar and his team kept a close watch on his movements and activities.
And later submitted a detailed report against Avez to Senior officers,as,ACP,Smt.Tabarak Fathima and DCP,East Dr.SD Sharanappa seeking strict action against the notorious rowdy sheeter which has been accorded by DCP East,Division on July 1.
And passed the order Avez is banished from entering the city limits for one year failing which strict action will be initiated .
DCP (East),Dr.SD Sharanappa,who is also a Special Executive Magistrate,ordered for the externment of Mohammed Avez from the jurisdiction of Bengaluru City Police Commissionerate for a period of one year, from July 1st 2021,to July 1st 2022.He has been sent to Bengaluru Rural district,and will not be allowed to enter Bengaluru City during this period, the police added.
Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,Kamal Pant has appreciated Addl CP East,S Murugan, DCP East,Dr SD Sharanappa,ACP,Pulikeshinagar, Sub-Division,Smt.Tabarak Fathima,PI,HM Shivashankar and his whole team for the good piece of work in collecting information about the activities of notorious Rowdy Mohammed Avez and a suitable reward will be given to the team for the exemplary work done by them and in last 3 months East Division police have Banished two rowdy sheeters for the betterment of the society he added.
