A 28 year old woman found dead at her house under mysterious circumstances in Nrupathunga layout in RT nagar on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Zara,worked as bar tender in a pub in CBD area.
She was sharing rented house with a woman and she was engaged recently.
Senior officer said,The murder occurred yesterday between 8 pm to 12 pm and came to light when her roommate returned home.
The assailant banged her head against the corner of a iron cot.Due to this,Zara sustained severe head injuries and died.
The RT Nagar police with other senior officers,with sniffer dog and finger print experts rushed to spot and conducted investigation.
We suspect that someone known to her might have killed her as there was no forced entry found.
The RT Nagar police have secured one person and are interrogating him and further investigation is on.
