Private bus plough into state police chief residence,three passengers injured:

A private bus plough into state police chief Praveen Sood’s official residence on Tuesday morning at Nrupathunga road a very busy junction.

At least three passengers sustained minor injuries and many others escaped narrowly when a private bus lost control and plough into the residence of state police chief on Nrupathunga road opposite to police head quarters on Tuesday.

Part of the compound was collapsed due to the impact.

The bus was heading to City market from Hindupur when the incident occurred.

Traffic was disrupted for sometime on the busy road until Halasurugate traffic police inspector Vijee Kumar and other staff rushed to spot and pull out the bus using crane.

The injured were treated at a near by private hospital as out patient.

The driver was detained for questioning and a case has been registered against the driver and further investigation is on.
