Officials of Civil Rights Enforcement questioned Art of Living administrator over alleged land grabbing and cheating case.

The accused Raghu Avadani was summoned based on a complaint filed by Ravi Pillappa.SP Sangeetha questioned Raghu for two hours.

A Resident of Rajanakunte Ravi Pillappa sold land to Raghu for RS.2.4 Crore.In which Raghu paid an advance amount of Rs 30 lakh and got the sale dead done.

Since 2005 Raghu did not paid the remaining amount following which Ravi Pillappa complained to special Tahsildar .

Enraged by this Raghu assaulted Ravi and family members and threatened him with dire consequences abused him with the community.

Ravi when went to file complaint with police,the police refused to file complaint.Unable to get justice,Ravi filed a complaint with DCRE requesting to get back the land.

The case gained importance as the accused brought pressure not to prove the case.

The SP who earlier issued notice has been transferred and since the notice has already been issued the police have summoned Raghu and questioned him at their office and further investigation is on said a senior DCRE officer.
